Parol Evidence Exceptions

• Parol evidence is allowed in these situations:
  • Prior Condition
    • Condition is not contained within the contract, but there could be allowable parol evidence regarding the condition.
  • Mistake, Fraud, Public policy, Lack of Consideration, Duress
  • Meaning of terms
  • Fill in missing information
  • Complete the contract
